Lorenzo started with a car wash at 14, learned the hard way what separates jobs from businesses, and now scales companies through proven marketing and growth strategy. He’s actively building while teaching—using the same principles he applies to clients.
Kemba spent nearly two decades in aviation, training environments and leadership where operational excellence isn’t optional and people are both your greatest asset and your biggest challenge. She builds systems that scale without dehumanising teams, enabling performance to be repeatable.
